People had commented on how much less tense and more playful Alicia and Cary's relationship had gotten. She played it off by saying they were less stressed now that the firm was stable, rather than admitting that they were carrying on an affair that had now gone on for months. When she saw that look in his eyes she knew he was telling her silently to come over after work. She even caught herself eyeing up his groin to see if he was getting hard for her.
